Throughout the program, you'll receive frequent check-ins and one-on-one coaching while collaborating closely with HR staff to identify your goals. Upon completion, HR will provide you with a certificate and a detailed description of the skills you've gained, helping you take the next step in your career. The program is open to individuals 16 years of age or older that are capable of following strict safety precautions and are able to be self-directed while working on provided tasks.
