Capital campaign

In 2025, HiRoad Ranch will focus primarily on the following strategic segments, direction born out of extensive thought and research – an aspiration that has been held by our founder since 2017. The board has been created, and we have dedicated time to collaboratively develop these initiatives that will shape the future of our organization.

We will elevate our boards effectiveness by implementing demonstrative, strategic governance practices, establishing robust board policies, fostering generative, leadership, and ensuring a significant annual “give or get “commitment from each board member.

We aim to develop a clear fundraising strategy, supported by a dedicated staffing and budget plan, which will result in abundant streams of revenue to propel Highroad Ranches mission, and programs.

Securing the funds necessary to obtain the first phase of land by summer 2025 is a critical priority for us, laying the groundwork for our future initiatives.

We are grateful to have donation commitments for building materials for the indoor riding arena, lobby, entrance building, classroom storage building, an indoor round pen, along with horse stalls, gates, and other equine related products. Our goal is to complete construction phase 1 of our Barn facility by the end of 2025.

By January 2026, we will implement an effective management structure with a team that includes a president and a chief operating officer alongside two part-time employees will work diligently to build a strong operational foundation.

We are committed to creating a comprehensive five – year master plan that will outline an expensive vision for our campus, detailing plans to enhance our facilities, develop programs, and maintain HiRoad Ranch as a premier standard for services in the United States, while also introducing new programs and hiring additional staff.
